A 50% deposit valid credit card data is required to confirm booking. Balance of cost is due at the boat on the day of trip and must be cash or credit card.

 

Cancellations:

• Outside of 2 weeks from departure date- full refund. Inside of 2 weeks but more than 48 hours prior to departure date-loss of deposit. Inside of 48 hours from departure date- charter will be charged 50% of the stated trip rate. Trips cut short by charters request will require payment in full. Cancellation due to weather, mechanical, or as deemed necessary is at the full discretion of the Captain and will include a full refund.
