Costa Rica sport fishing owes a great deal of gratitude to Bill and his vision for Los Sueños fishing, marked by his arrival to Herradura Bay in 1991 after selling his heavy construction engineering and real estate development company in California.
Bill purchased roughly 1,100 acres of land and over the next decade, Los Sueños Resort and Marina slowly came to form. The best Los Sueños fishing can be found right off the bay and in 2000 the Marriott Hotel and La Iguana golf course opened their doors.
